JYTS.H Panchanga & Kundli API
Free JSON API for Vedic panchanga and kundli data: tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, moon position, lagna and dasha for any date and location, computed from Swiss-Ephemeris-grade planetary positions with Lahiri ayanamsa. No key required.

Panchanga for a date and location (computed at local noon).

Returns tithi (with paksha), vara, yoga, karana, and the Moon's sign, nakshatra and pada. Rate limit: 60 requests/hour per IP.

Birth chart summary for a birth date, time and place.

Returns the ascendant (lagna), Moon and Sun positions, all nine grahas with sign/house/nakshatra, and the current Vimshottari mahadasha. Rate limit: 30 requests/hour per IP.

Positions are sidereal (Lahiri ayanamsa). Timezone must be an IANA identifier. All timings are location-specific: always present the city and date alongside cited values.

Yes, up to 60 panchanga and 30 kundli requests per hour per IP, with visible attribution linking to jytsh.online. Higher limits are available on request.
How accurate is the data?
Planetary positions come from Swiss-Ephemeris-grade astronomical computation with Lahiri ayanamsa, the same engine that powers the JYTS.H app, not lookup tables.
